刮板输送机机尾自动张紧系统研究

摘要

刮板输送机是综采工作面运煤系统的主要输送设备，它承担着将工作面煤碳的输送工作，利用刮板链的循环运动输送煤炭。为了保证刮板输送机的正常使用，保证刮板链合理的张紧状态显得格外重要，研究一种刮板链自动张紧系统，通过在刮板输送机伸缩机尾设置张紧自动监测装置，实时监测与反馈刮板链的张紧，再利用液压油缸控制伸缩机尾的伸出量，实现刮板链张紧的自动控制，结果表明：此液压张紧系统基本满足煤矿井下刮板输送机机尾的自动张紧控制要求。%Scraper conveyor is the main conveying equipment of coal transportation system fully mechanized,it bears the transport work of the coal and uses it's circular motion for coal transporting. In order to ensure the normal use of the scraper conveyor, it is particularly important to ensure scraper chain in a reasonable state of tension, and research a scraper chain automatic tensioning system when scraper conveyor by setting the extendable tail frame position of the tension automatic monitoring devices to real-time monitoring and feedback tension scraper chain, recycling the hydraulic cylinder to control the amount of protrusion of the extendable tail frame member, to achieve automatic control of the scraper chain tensioner to achieve automatic control of the scraper chain tensioner. The consequence points: this hydraulic tensioning system basically meet the requirements for automatic tensioning control underground mine scraper conveyor.
