九型人格理论在高校招聘配置工作中的应用

         

摘要

The configuration of teachers in colleges and universities should be optimized after the recruitment. However, due to the different individual characters of human, their adaptation and needs to the organization is different, which increases the difficulty of recruiting configuration integration. From the three principles of college recruiting, this article discusses how to improve the effectiveness of recruiting configuration work in colleges and universities by nine personality.%高校教师招聘进来后,必须优化配置。然而,每一个人力资源个体因性格不同,其对组织的适应性和需求不尽相同,加大了招聘配置整合的难度。本文从高校招聘配置的三大原则出发,运用九型人格理论,探讨了如何提高高校招聘配置工作的有效性。
