民办高校培养创新型人才的对策研究

摘要

At present, the innovation talent education of colleges and universities in China has achieved some results, bu it does not indicate that there is no problem. In many colleges and universities, the innovative ideas are still hysteretic, the innovative curriculum design is not practical, the innovative curriculum system is lack of applicability, elementary and scientific; employment system and management system are lack of attention to innovation ability and so on. Aimed at these problems, this paper explores solutions, and provides reference for universities by the improvement mode of the innovative talents education in outstanding colleges.%目前我国高校在创新人才教育方面虽然取得了一些成效，但并不说明其中不存在问题。有许多高校创新理念依然滞后；创新课程设计不实用；创新课程体系缺少适用性、基础性以及科学性；就业制度和管理制度缺乏对创新能力的关注等等。本文将针对这些问题探寻解决对策，并通过优秀高校的创新人才教育模式改进成效来为各所高校提供参考。
