茶饼内包装机执行机构设计及运动学仿真

         

摘要

Objective: In order to promote the change of the packaging of the Pu'er tea cake from the manual packaging mode to the mechanized model, an innovative actuator of the inner packaging machine was designed. Method: The design uses the camera aperture folding mechanism, through the shrinkage of the aperture, the tea cake can be packaged stably. A virtual and prototype model is established by using virtual prototyping technology combined with Pro / E and its Mechanism modeling and simulation. Results: The simulation results show that the working stroke and trajectory of the virtual prototype are consistent with the preset. Conclusion: The practical feasibility of the internal packaging actuator is verified, which provides a reliable basis for the establishment of physical prototype.%目的:为促进普洱茶饼内包装由手工包装模式到机械化模式的转变,设计了一种创新型内包装机的执行机构.方法:设计采用相机光圈式折纸机构,通过光圈的收缩,稳定地实现了对茶饼的包装.采用虚拟样机技术结合Pro/E和其Mechanism建模仿真的方法,建立精确可靠的虚拟样机模型.结果:试验仿真结果表明,虚拟样机的工作行程、运动轨迹与预设一致.结论:验证了该内包装执行机构的实际可行性,为物理样机建立提供可靠依据.
