经贸类院校学生创业素质培养研究

摘要

The economic and trade college students need more entrepreneurship needs than that of other majors, so it is necessary to carry out research on the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial quality in the economic and trade colleges. In the training process, we should vigorously promote the necessity of entrepreneurship and cultivate entrepreneurial pride; need build an entrepreneurial base and platform for students' practice in order to make entrepreneurship education go into the ordinary students; should students' exercise leadership, honesty, innovation, anti-frustration and other entrepreneurial abilities, so as to improve the students' comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship effectively.%经贸类院校学生创业需求比其他类型的大,很有必要针对经贸类院校开展大学生创业素质的培养研究.在培养过程中,要大力宣传创业的必要性并培养创业的荣誉感;要搭建一个学生可以实践创业的基地和平台,使创业教育深入到普通学生中间;要锻炼学生组织领导、诚实守信、开拓创新和抗挫折等创业能力,使学生的综合创业素质得到有效的提升.
