高职机电类专业现代学徒制人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要

现代学徒制是学校与企业深度合作的一种新型人才培养模式.本文以机电一体化技术专业为例,分析了现代学徒制推行中的现实困难,阐述了企业选择、招生招工方式、教学方案制定、师资队伍建设等方面的具体做法,对高职机电类专业现代学徒制的运用进行了积极有效的探索.%Modern apprenticeship system is a new type of personnel training mode under the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. Taking the Mechatronics Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the practical difficulties of the modern apprenticeship system, expounds the specific practices of enterprise selection, enrollment and recruitment methods, teaching plan formulation and teaching staff construction, and conducts a positive and effective exploration on the application of modern apprenticeship system in mechanical and electrical specialty in higher vocational education.
