基于径向基响应面优化断路器温控研究

     

摘要

在研究断路器温度变化过程中,控制其温度变化是一项极为重要的工作.由于试验分析温度变化过程时会受到各种因素的影响的干扰,因此需要利用试验设计筛选出关键影响因子进行重点改进.文章在结合一次对断路器温变过程的全面调查所获得的实际数据的基础之上,首先利用均匀设计与正交设计在试验次数相近时,均匀性更好的、更具代表性的特点进行试验分析;然后通过响应面法(Response Surface Methodology——RSM)构建断路器温度变化的回归模型,并且利用残差进行插值拟合,最终构建基于径向基函数的响应面模型.并且期望改进后的模型更能有效的避免传统响应面优化方法的缺点.%The temperature change of control circuit breaker is very important work in the process of studying circuit breaker temperature change. Because the test analysis of temperature change process are influenced by various factors, we need to use design of experiment method to screen out the key influence factors to improve. This paper used uniform design has better uniformity and the characteristics of more representative to experiment when uniform design and orthogonal design in similar experiments based on the actual data of a complete investigation of the circuit breaker temperature change. Then it applied response surface methodology to build a regression model about circuit breaker temperature change and used the residual to interpolation fit, finding out the response surface model based on the radial basis function. And the improved model can effectively avoid the shortcoming of traditional response surface optimization method.
