宽翼缘窄腹板冷弯薄壁型钢柱畸变屈曲分析

     

摘要

选取五种翼缘宽度和五种板厚共计25种尺寸截面的宽翼缘窄腹板冷弯薄型钢轴压构件进行特征值屈曲分析,旨在研究上述因素对此类构件临界畸变屈曲应力及其对应屈曲半波长度的影响.基于此,对七种长度、3mm厚宽翼缘窄腹板冷弯薄壁卷边槽钢固支轴压构件进行非线性分析,主要研究翼缘宽度与腹板宽度之比(即B/H)对此类构件畸变屈曲极限荷载的影响.结果表明:翼缘宽度和板厚对上述构件临界畸变屈曲应力和屈曲半波长度影响显著,并呈现一定的规律;翼缘宽度与腹板宽度之比(即B/H)对固支轴压构件畸变屈曲极限荷载亦有显著影响,并基于研究结果提出了建议采用的截面尺寸.%In order to investigate influence factors of critical distortional buckling stress and its corresponding half-wave length of distortional buckling for channels with wide flange and narrow web, a total of 25 kinds of cross-section sizes concerning members with five different thickness, five flange dimensions, pin-ended boundary conditions were selected to be studied by finite element eigenvalue buckling analysis under concentric compression loading. Based on the above results, 5 kinds of cross-section sizes concerning members with the thickness of 3 mm, seven lengths , fixed-ended boundary conditions were selected to be studied by nonlinear finite element analysis under concentric compression loading, the influence of the ratio of flange width to web width (i.e., B/H) on the ultimate buckling load of such members is studied. It is shown that the critical distortional buckling stress and its corresponding half-wave length of distortional buckling concerning above members are significantly affected by flange width and thickness of such members, and shows a certain regularity. The ratio of flange width to the width of the web (i.e., B/H) has significant influence on the distortional buckling ultimate load of the axial compression components, and the reasonable section size is proposed.
