信息化在施工企业项目成本管理中的应用分析

Information technology management has high effi-ciency, large amount of information, convenient rapid transfer and sharing, and other advantages, so has been used effectively in the project cost management of construction enterprises. Th-is article from the project cost management process, analyzes project cost management status and problems before the impl-ementation of cost management information system, sums up the implementation objectives and requirements of project cost management, and puts forward the solution and management plan in view of the present situation of project cost manage-ement, and final y puts forward the opinions on the construc-tion of information platform.%信息化技术管理具有快捷高效、信息量大，且方便快速传递和共享等优势。因此，在施工企业项目成本管理中得到了有效合理的运用。本文从项目成本管理的流程出发，对实施成本管理信息化之前项目成本管理的状况和存在的问题进行了分析，总结出项目成本管理信息化的实施目标和要求。并针对项目成本管理的现状提出解决方案和管理方案，最后对信息化平台的建设提出看法。
