从“改造”走向“改善”--南京三汊河片区城市设计小记

摘要

本文以三汊河片区城市设计为例，简要论述了城市化后期城市老城区规划中采用“改善”型设计思路的规划方法，分析其“问题导向、主题引领，民生优先、生态低碳，利用存量、经济高效”的三大特点，并就具体案例进行了实际的运用阐述。%This paper taking Sanchahe area of city design as an example, briefly discusses the“improving”type design pla-nning method in the old city planning of late urbanization, an-alyzes the three characteristics of“problem oriented, theme le-ad, people's livelihood, ecological low carbon, using the stock, economic and efficient”, and expounds actual use in specific c-ase.
