The plectrum (1) has a thin plastic and metallic plate including a central gripping zone (11) bordered by primary, secondary and third lobes (12-14) having a curvilinear triangle shape in an equiangular manner. The secondary lobe is formed with a small opening (131). The third lobe is formed with a large opening (141) for forming the third lobe with lessening stiffness. A plectrum body i.e. metal blade, comprises an orifice passing through the central gripping zone.
