文章介绍大连理工大学居住小区规划设计课程教学命题的新思路，论述设计地段选择原则，分析所选居住片区具体特征，阐明居住片区现状和优秀住区案例的调研内容，提出学生在感知、体验居住生活的基础上，自行选择设计地块、制定规划设计条件的教学方法，培养学生自主学习能力，实现从城市角度出发，对居住小区物质空间进行规划设计的教学目标。%This article makes an introduction on the new ideas about the planning and design courses for residential community by Dalian University of Technology. It makes a discussion on the principles of site selection, makes an analysis on the specific characteristics of the selected residential communities, demonstrates the investigation contents of the current situation of the communities and the excellent cases, and then proposes the teaching method in which the students choose the site to design and draw up plan and design conditions all by themselves based on experiencing the living life. In this way, it can train their self-study ability and reach the teaching aims to make the planning and design on the physical space of the residential community from the urban point of view.
