地铁物业开发基坑变形控制研究

     

摘要

本文结合某地铁车站物业开发项目的基坑实施方案,研究了近接基坑施工对地铁运营影响和变形控制措施,运用有限元数值分析方法,分析了地铁车站及区间结构及周围土体的变形特性和方案实施效果,提出了一系列具体的变形控制措施和后续开发实施的建议和要求。希望研究成果对同类地铁的近接基坑设计和施工具有指导意义。%This paper, combined with the implementation plan of the foundation excavation of a metro station in the property development project, studied the effects of the construction of adjacent foundation pit on the subway operation and control measures of deformation. the author using the finite element numerical analysis method, analyzed the subway station, the sector structure and the deformation characteristics of surrou-nding soil and the implementation effect of the scheme, put ing forward a series of concrete control measures against defor-mation and the recommendations and requirements of subseq-uent development and implementation. The author hoped that the research results would have guiding significance for the foundation pit design and construction of similar subway.
