With the fast increase in the number of buildings, how to design the building elevation detailing, to improve the exquisite architectural appearance, is facing the people's at en-tion. This article expounds from three aspects of construction project design principles, elevation design rules, and the design of residential building facade.%随着建筑物的数量的急速增加，如何通过对建筑立面细部进行设计，进而提高建筑外观的精致性，面临着人们的关注。本文从建筑细部设计的原则、立面细部设计规律，以及住宅建筑立面的设计这三个方面对其进行阐述。
