So, we must do wel in contract management of water conservancy and hy-droelectric power to build more high quality, low risk of water conservancy and hydropower engineering for our society, to e-nsure our quality of life of citizens.%水利水电的施工包括了施工前的地形勘测、施工图的设计以及工程建设，是一项工作量非常大的工程，也正是由于水利水电施工的复杂性，使其在合同的制定和管理上存在较大的风险。那么，我们必须要做好水利水电的合同管理工作才能够为我们的社会建造出更多高质量、低风险的水利水电工程，从而保障我们公民的生活质量。
