西安地铁新线开通运营工作策划与实践

摘要

论述城市轨道交通新建线路开通前的运营工作,包含筹备策划、调试参与、联调和演练组织、试运行组织、专项验收及开通评估组织等,各环节直接关系到地铁能否顺利开通试运营.通过西安地铁2号线的运营筹备以及开通的实践,总结出城市首条地铁线路开通前的7方面重点工作,即:统筹规划,提前谋划,科学组织；运营提前介入单系统调试及功能验证；领导重视,调动各方力量全面参与综合联调工作；建立完善的地铁工程验收移交工作机制及流程；未雨绸缪,提前安排开通前的评估工作；重视开通运营后的故障问题；运营初期的设备维护工作要有针对性,保证稳定运行.%The operation work before traffic opening of new metro lines includes preparation for planning, debugging participation, integrated test and drill organization, commissioning organization, project acceptance and evaluation organization for opening etc. Each link is directly related to the successful opening of the metro. Through the practical experience of operational preparation and opening from Xi' an metro Line 2, the paper discusses and analyzes the operation work before rail transit lines' opening and puts forward some effective suggestions.
