跨坐式单轨车辆车体结构疲劳寿命仿真

摘要

Based on a 3 dimensional monorail vehicle model, the static strength of the car body structure is analyzed through a finite element method, then a typical line of the load spectrum is selected on the calculation of static stress, the rain-flow cycle counting method and the Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory, which will help to analyze the whole life-circle of the vehicle.%在建立跨坐式单轨车辆车体三维模型的基础上,通过有限元方法对跨坐式单轨车辆车体结构进行强度分析,选取典型线路的载荷谱,以静强度计算的应力结果为基础,基于雨流循环计数法和Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论,对其进行全寿命分析.
