基于PPP融资模式的轨道交通建设资金匡算

摘要

Through an analysis of the estimated scale for ur-ban rail transit construction,the influence of PPP financing mode on rail transit construction and operation is discussed. Then,a relationship model of PPP financing mode and con-struction scale estimation of rail transit is established,which has been applied in Zhengzhou rail transit construction plan preparation,and enriches the return ways to PPP,relieving the pressure on government funding.%分析了城市轨道交通建设规模匡算方法,探讨了PPP融资模式对城市轨道交通建设及运营的影响,建立了PPP融资模式与轨道交通建设规模匡算的关系模型.该模型已在郑州市轨道交通建设规划编制过程中得到应用,并在应用结果中提出了丰富PPP的回报方式以及减轻政府出资压力的建议.
