“宜居之城”建设中水资源的开发与利用研究——以重庆为例

摘要

The concept of ＂livable city＂ is not only the inevitable result of a city＇ s transformation and upgrade at the age of urbanization and post-urbanization, but also an impor- tant way to enhance the core competitiveness of cities. Past experience has proved that it requires many efforts to build a ＂livable city＂ , and it must rely on the city＇ s own natural resources. Water resource is the most crucial one among them. Chongqing, located on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and at the crossing of Yangtze and Jialing Rivers, has been building itself into a ＂livable city＂ during the process of urban transformation. Although significant achievements have been made in the use of water resources, there are still some problems. This article, based on the study of Chongqing, analyzes the important functions of water resources, puts forward some scientific and rational suggestions for solving the existing problems. These suggestions will provide new ideas and references for those cities which are abundant in water resources on their roads to become ＂livable cities＂ .%“宜居之城”理念，既是城市化和后城市化时代城市转型升级的必然产物，也是提升城市核心竞争力的重要途径。实践证明，宜居城市的打造需要多方面的努力，而且必须依赖于城市自身的各种资源，其中水资源的作用不可小觑。本文以重庆为例，分析和探讨了江河水资源在构建“宜居之城”中的作用，并针对存在的问题提出了建议。
