基于正交试验设计的梧桐庄矿岩体力学参数反演

     

摘要

在岩土体力学问题的数值模拟研究中,力学参数选取正确与否直接影响模拟结果的准确性。本文在分析不同岩体力学参数确定方法基础上,以梧桐庄矿开采沉陷项目为背景,结合现场实测数据和相关理论成果,应用“数值模拟-正交设计”法,建立了一套确定岩体物理力学参数有效实用的方法。试验中以下沉系数为评价指标,选择围岩体4个基本力学参数弹性模量E(GPa)、泊松比μ、内摩擦角φ(°)、粘聚力c(kPa)为反演因素,模拟计算各参数不同水平组合,通过对结果的极差与方差分析,得出各参数对下沉系数的影响显著性,再进行二次优化实验计算,综合分析确定一套优选参数组合。此方法使得参数合理化,模拟结果可以更真实的反映煤岩体实际采掘的变形移动情况。%Based on the mining subsidence project of Wutongzhuang Coal Mine, various methods of determining the mechanical parameters of rock mass are summarized firstly. An effective method of determining the mechanical parameters of rock mass is given in this paper, which employs the“numerical simulation - orthogonal design” method combined with observation data and related research achievement. In the experiments subsidence factors are presented as the evaluating index. The elastic modulus (E), Poisson's ratio (µ), internal friction angle (φ) and cohesion(C) are presented as the evaluating factors. According to the experimental result, the optimized inversion parameters are obtained by range analysis and variance analysis. Reasonable mechanical parameters of rock mass for numerical simulation can be obtained by this method and relatively preferable results can be obtained consequently .
