泵料联锁控制过程人为因素克服的控制策略研究

         

摘要

In chemical manufacturing enterprises, electrical equipment(such as pumps, mixing and electric hoists)is widely used. Early, the control of motor was based on site operation, however, with the development of Distributed Control System(DCS)application popularization and the further automation reform, the control of motor was replaced by online control. This paper takes the material conveying pump as an example, talking about the overcome of artificial factors during the pump interconnected control, combined with the electrical system and DCS.%在化工制造类企业中,电机设备(如泵、搅拌和电动葫芦等)的应用非常广泛。早期,对电机的控制以现场操作为主,然而,随着集散控制系统(DCS)应用的普及和自动化改造的深入,需要由远程实现对现场电机的控制。文章以物料输送泵为例,结合电器系统和集散控制系统,介绍泵料联锁控制过程中人为因素克服的实现。
