以院系评价为主的高校校本教学评价模式探究--以湖南工业大学为例

     

摘要

校本教学评价是高校内部教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分。以院系评价为主的校本教学评价模式以学校为主要评价主体,以二级院系为主要评价对象,以教学工作状态为主要评价内容,以数据审核为主要评价方式,以提高人才培养质量为主要评价目标,是高校内部教学质量监控的有效途径。实施这一评价模式,能达到引导院系明确办学方向,促进校院教学工作的科学决策与有效管理,强化院系教学质量管理的主体责任,优化教学质量的形成过程等效果。%  Internal teaching evaluation in universities plays an important role in guaranteeing teaching quality. As an effective way of monitoring teaching quality, it takes the university authorities as the evaluation subject, all departments as the evaluation object, teaching affairs as the evaluation content, and statistics check as a primary evaluation method, and aims at improving talent-training quality. The implementation of this evaluation model brings to all departments a clear idea of school-running orientation and helps the leaders to make plausible policies and conduct effective management in teaching affairs. It also helps all departments to strengthen their sense of responsibility in teaching management and optimize the formation process of teaching quality.
