This paper summarizes and analyzes the achievements in the ten-year practice of imple-menting a tenure-track system in the Department of Physics at Tsinghua University.We believe that establishing a tenure-track system has positive effects on world-class faculty development,in particular optimization of basic science faculty.The paper also makes a preliminary analysis of pros and cons of tenure-track system development and follow-up problems.%本文总结分析了清华大学物理系师资队伍建设中实行准长聘制十年取得的成效,认为实行准长聘制对于我国一流高校师资队伍建设,特别是对于基础学科师资队伍优化,具有积极作用。本文也对准长聘制改革的利弊及存在的后续问题进行了初步分析。
