磁共振成像技术对梨状肌综合症诊断价值研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in diagnosis of piriformis syndrome.Methods Multi-sequences of MRI were performed in patients with piriformis syndrome.Results T1WI in multi-sepuence MRI shoued hypointense signal and T2WI with fat suppresion showed hyperintense signal when congestion edema spasm or adhesion occurred with injured piriformis.In DWI,it showed limited diffusion according to different diffusion sensitivity factor b.In peripheral nerve MRI.Injured sciatic nerve was thickened and displaced.Conclusion High resolution soft tissue resolution,multi sequence and multi parameter imaging technology can provide abundant information for the clinical diagnosis of piriformis syndrome,and have great advantages for the definite diagnosis of piriformis syndrome.%目的 探讨磁共振(MRI)多种序列技术对梨状肌综合症的诊断价值.方法 对临床诊断为梨状肌综合症的患者进行MRI多种成像序列检查.结果 梨状肌受损发生充血、水肿、痉挛、粘连时,通过MRI多种成像序列中,TIWI显示为较低信号;T2脂肪抑脂序列中表现为高信号;在扩散加权序列DWI中,根据扩散敏感因子(b值)的不同表现为弥散受限状态;在MRI外周神经成像序列中受损的坐骨神经显示为增粗受挤压移位.结论 MRI较高的软组织分辨率以及多序列多参数成像技术能够为临床诊断梨状肌综合症提供丰富的信息,对明确诊断梨状肌综合症具有较大的优势.
