CAP 沥青还原剂防治水损害的预防性养护应用研究

摘要

Asphalt pavement preventive maintenance is an important pavement maintenance measure. Seam-band and CAP asphalt reductant technology can effectively improve the anti-stripping ability of asphalt,delay the aging time of asphalt and repair the pavement cracks.This paper examined the CAP and seam-band through laboratory tests and selected the mix proportion.Actual results indicate that CAP asphalt reductant and seam-band effectively controlled the water damage,which has a significant effect on prolonging the life of asphalt pavement.%沥青路面预防性养护是一种重要的路面养护措施。压缝带和 CAP 沥青还原剂封层技术可以有效提高原有沥青的抗剥落能力，延缓其老化的时间及治理原有路面的裂缝。通过室内试验检验了 CAP 沥青还原剂及压缝带的各项路面材料指标，选定了试验段配比标准。试验段实际效果表明，CAP 沥青还原剂及压缝带有效地治理了沥青路面遭受水损坏的病害，对延长沥青路面使用寿命有显著效果。
