无支架施工的劲性骨架系杆钢管混凝土拱桥分析

             

摘要

传统有支架现浇拱桥施工方法会占用桥下道路或航道,不利于桥下有通行要求的城市桥梁施工.提出一种将钢管拱肋与劲性骨架系杆临时固结整体吊装至桥位处的快速施工方法,实现了不阻断桥下通行的无支架施工,分析了劲性骨架系杆拱桥无支架施工技术的安全性和可行性.结果表明,该方法不仅节约施工成本还提高了施工进度.%The traditional cast-in-place arch bridge with stent construction method will take up the road or channel of the bridges,it is not conducive to urban bridge construction with traffic requirements under the bridge.An accelerated bridge construction method is proposed in the paper.In this method the steel tube arch rib and skeleton strength tie bar are temporarily consolidated and integrally hoisted to the bridge position.The method can realize the non-bracket construction of the bridges without blocking the traffic situation.The feasibility and rationality ofnon-bracket construction technology are analyzed for the stiff-skeleton-tie concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge.It is concluded that the method not only can save the construction cost but also can greatly improve the construction progress.This method provides a new approach of thinking for bridge construction of the arch bridges in urban.
