基于CFD节能车随动尾翼节油技术分析

         

摘要

This paper described adopting the CFD to stimulate the movement of the vehicle and analyze the relation between the lifting force and wing's angle of attack, which is connected to the developing proce-dure of energy-saving vehicle's Tail Servo System and based on the perspective of aerodynamics in automo-biles. With the increase of velocity and the variety of operational states, the power in vehicle is in high de-mand. Therefore a closed-loop control system can be used to adjust wing's angle of attack and blade spacing to satisfy the demand in power. By making the automotive shape into the special alary shape, it can gener-ate lifting force at the beginning to lower the energy consumed by rolling resistance. So it can achieve the goal of fuel saving. The paper attaches much importance to the research of adhesion's controlling process, which is controlled by the wing's angle of attack and make the variety of the wing's angle of attack match well with the vehicle's operational states.%论文以汽车的空气动力学为基础,结合节能赛车随动尾翼系统的开发过程,采用CFD技术进行仿真研究。随着速度的增加和运动工况的变化,对汽车的动力性需求增强。通过一个闭环控制系统来调节尾翼攻角和尾翼间隙来满足动力性需求。其中应用技术完成车身外部特殊翼型设计,考虑赛车运动过程中产生升力,降低其行驶过程中滚动阻力消耗的能量,以达到节油的目的。本课题重研究通过尾翼攻角的变化进行附着力的调控,并能实现尾翼变化与赛车行驶工况的最优匹配。
