CD39在转化医学中的作用

     

摘要

CD39/膜外三磷酸腺苷二磷酸水解酶-1是一个细胞膜整合的跨膜结构,细胞外有核苷脱磷酸化作用的结合区域的糖蛋白酶,其表达于细胞膜外表面,能使细胞外三磷酸腺苷、二磷酸腺苷水解为磷酸腺苷。目前,研究发现 CD39在多器官缺血再灌注损失、血栓形成、器官移植排除反应、肿瘤发生等疾病中起着重要作用,并且在以上疾病中的表现存在交叉作用和共同作用。%Ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 1 ( ENTPD-1, also known as CD39) is an integrated cell transmembrane protein , which can degrade extracellular adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adenosine monophosphate (AMP) into adenosine.It is also a key regulator of purinergic modulation .This review is focused on the important roles of CD39 in ischemia reperfusion injury to multiple tissues , thrombosis, rejection reaction after organ transplation, tumor suppression, and cross-talk between these diseases.
