A feedforward compensated differential transconductor and LC-tank folded-cascode structure are used to design a 24 GHz high linearity low power consumption down conversion mixer which is used to automotive anticollision radar system. The Gilbert cell mixer' s linearity and the optimization technology are detailed analyzed.This circuit is simulated with TSMC 0.18 μm RF CMOS process, and the layout is designed. The suppling voltage is 1.8 V, a RF signal is 24.0 GHz and an IF frequency is 100 MHz.
