基于DS18B20的高精度温度测量系统在高炉上的应用

         

摘要

A kind of detection system based on DS18B20 digital blast furnace cooling water temperature difference is introduced. In this system of blast furnace, DS18B20 collects each measuring point of the cooling water temperature and transmits digital temperature information to the monitoring PC through the CAN bus network, providing important reference data for the protection of blast furnace production safety. Aiming at the feature of blast furnace cooling water temperature difference measurement points, high precision, combined with the characteristics of DS18B20 and the analysis of principle of the internal structure, the DS18B20 multipoint temperature measuring method is mainly discussed, and least square method is used to process measured data of system,and to achieve high precision detection purposes. The hardware of the whole system is simple,convenient networking, high temperature measuring precision, accurate data transmission, and can be applied in multiple temperature measurement occasions in daily life, industrial and agricultural production.%介绍一种基于DS18B20的数字式高炉冷却水温差检测系统,系统由DS18B20采集高炉各测温点的冷却水温度,经过CAN总线网络将数字化的温度信息传输给监控上位机,为保障高炉安全生产提供重要的参考数据.针对高炉冷却水温差检测点多、精度高的特点,结合对DS18B20性能特点和内部结构原理的分析,主要讨论了DS18B20的多点测温方式,运用最小二乘法处理系统测量数据,达到高精度检测的目的.整个系统硬件简单,组网方便,测温精度高、数据传输准确,可适用于日常生活、工农业生产中的多种温度测量场合.
