Static pressure influences significantly on measurement precision of metal capacitive differential pressure transmitter. A high-precision measurement system is used, which has been designed to evaluate static pressure effect on the metal capacitive differential pressure transmitters. Measurements have been carried out based on this system. The results show that, as the static pressure increasing, the measurement error increases. The measurement error is far more than the tolerance range, when the static pressure reaches 4 MPa. Under the same static pressure,the measurement error grows with differential pressure growing. Since the static pressure lead to a systematic effect on the measurement results, the measurement error can be corrected. After the correction, the measurement error is in the allowable range. The research result provides a feasible method to reduce the influence of static pressure on the metal capacitive differential pressure transmitter.%静压对于金属电容式差压变送器的测量精度有很大影响,利用了一种高精度的测量系统对金属电容式差压变送器进行静压影响测试,结果表明:随着静压的增大,测量误差随之增大,静压达到4 MPa时测量误差远远超过了允差范围;在相同静压作用下,差压越大误差也越大.而后对输出电流进行了误差修正,修正后误差处于允许范围内.研究结果为减少静压对金属电容式差压变送器的误差影响提供了可行的解决办法.
