For detecting turbidity of drinking water,design an ultra low range turbidity sensor. The turbidity sensor adopts unique ring structure of photoelectric converter,significantly increase signal-to-noise ratio. At the same time,control temperature of light lens,eliminate detection error caused by fog and instability of light source,ensure accuracy of turbidity detection. Finally,eliminate effect of Gaussian noise on sensor by adopting Kalman filtering algorithm to process acquired datas.%针对饮用水浊度检测,设计了一种超低量程浊度传感器。该浊度传感器采用独特结构环形的光电转换器,极大程度增加了信噪比。同时对光源镜片温度进行控制,消除了透光镜片起雾与光源不稳定引起的检测误差,进一步保证了浊度检测的准确性。最后,采用卡尔曼滤波算法对采集数据进行处理,消除高斯噪声对传感器的影响。
