用于低速渗流实验的低渗流传感器设计

     

摘要

Aiming at problem that flow of μL/min level is difficult to measure in low-velocity seepage experiment,a slow flow measurement method using electrolytic polarization tracing is proposed. The measuring principle,structure and control circuit for the sensor are introduced. A flow sensor with the range of 10~100μL/min is made,and using monolithic electroosmotic pump,flow measurment experiment is conducted. The results show that the sensor has simple structure and small size. At the range of 10~60μL/min,the linear correlation of sensor is greater than 0. 998. The sensor can meet requirement of low-velocity seepage experiment and has good practical value.%针对岩土体低速渗流实验中μL/min级别流量难于测量的问题,提出了一种利用电解极化示踪的低渗流流量测量方法。介绍了传感器的测量原理、结构及测控电路。制作了量程为10~100μL/min的渗流传感器,并运用毛细管整体柱电渗泵进行了流量测定实验。结果表明:传感器结构简单、体积小,在10~60μL/min的流量范围内,传感器的线性相关性大于0.998,能够满足岩土体低速渗流实验的要求,具有良好的实用价值。
