能量法在液压自由活塞柴油机设计中的应用

     

摘要

针对液压自由活塞柴油机的工作原理和结构特点提出了基于能量法的发动机参数设计与匹配方法.通过分析活塞组件在工作过程中的受力情况和各受力活塞面积,依据能量法原理,构建了液压自由活塞柴油机运行过程中的能量平衡方程式.通过对方程的求解获取液压自由活塞柴油机结构参数和运行参数之间的匹配规律,为液压自由活塞柴油机的设计提供理论参考.利用该设计方法完成了原理样机设计,并试验验证了该方法的正确性,该方法也可供其他形式的自由活塞发动机设计参考.%Based on energy method, parametric design and matching methods for the hydraulic free piston diesel engine are proposed according to its working principle and structural features. The forces acting on the pistons during operation process and the corresponding section areas of the pistons are analyzed.Energy balance equations of the hydraulic free piston diesel engine during operation are established. By solving the equations, the hydraulic free piston diesel engine parameters matching law between structure parameters and performance parameters is obtained. The results provide a theoretical reference to the design of hydraulic free piston diesel engine. Using the design method, a prototype design and experimental verification on the validity of the method are made. The methods can also be applied to other forms of free piston engine designs.
