以大功率交流传动电力机车为背景,研究了低开关频率下基于多模式同步调制的矢量控制。针对大功率牵引传动系统开关频率低的特点,采用了基于异步调制-同步调制和优化PWM的多模式调制策略。而针对将矢量控制和多模式调制策略结合后的新问题,通过相角调节器,以及转子磁链幅值、角度的控制和补偿等方面的研究实现了不同调制策略以及定向不准等情况下电机转矩的精确控制。由于方波工况下电压不能调节,还研究了方波工况下的控制方法。最后通过仿真和实验给予了验证。%This paper is based on the high power AC electrical locomotive,and the vector control based on the low switching frequency is researched.Through the study on the modulation methods under low switching frequency,a multi-mode modulation strategy is used.Based on the control of rotor flux amplitude and its angle,it can achieve accurate control of the electromagnetic torque under different modulation methods or inaccurate parameters which can lead to incorrect field orientation.Besides,the control method in square wave is researched.In the end,the simulation and experiment verify the effectiveness of all the methods.
