基于涡旋机的新型压缩空气储能系统动态建模与效率分析

         

摘要

提高储能效率是压缩空气储能方式在新能源发电领域应用的重要前提。本文综合考虑泄漏、摩擦损耗等对涡旋压缩机性能的影响,建立基于各腔室容积和气体质量变化的压力动态方程及主轴运动方程,并给出了基于涡旋机的压缩空气储能系统动态数学模型;通过采用遗传算法辨识综合影响系数和转动惯量两关键参数优化完善了模型;仿真和试验对比研究表明涡旋压缩机效率高并具有良好的变工况特性;涡旋压缩机多转速试验验证了动态模型的有效性,同时指出了压缩机全效率存在最优的运行速度及恒转速下随排气压力升高而降低的工作特点,为研究涡旋压缩机的效率优化控%Promoting storage efficiency is an important prerequisite for compressed air energy storage(CAES) to be applied to renewable energy generation system.Comprehensive considering influence of the leakage and friction,the paper establishes chamber air pressure dynamic equation and the main shaft motion equation based on the change of chamber volumes and quality.Then,the dynamic model including the storage vessel is provided and then optimized by the identification of Inertia moment and synthetic coefficient based on the genetic algorithm.Scroll compressor could be efficient even under the various working conditions by the performance comparison between the simulation and experimental results.Multi-speed experiments confirm the effectiveness of compressor model,and point out that scroll compressor possesses the optimal speed that corresponds to the maximum whole efficiency,but for the constant speed the whole efficiency will decrease with the increase of the discharge pressure.which lays the theoretical and practical foundation for efficiency optimization of scroll compressor.
