文章基于IJHM(International Journal of Hospitality Management)期刊,选取2006—2015年的983篇文章,利用CiteSpace和SPSS 20.0软件进行内容分析,得出如下结论:第一,接待业的研究领域复杂,以酒店和餐饮为核心,领域融合程度较高,以实证研究为主,知识的学科外溢较少;研究存在较强的区域差异性,不同地区的研究者对问题的关注差异显著,美国及韩国学者的研究范围最广.第二,高水平的研究机构和个人均存在较强的合作网络,具有重要影响力的研究机构和个人主要集中在美国等地;中国大陆的接待业合作网络欠缺、研究水平相对落后,但中国学者的影响力正逐渐向世界扩散.第三,基于人的行为研究是当前国际接待业的研究主流,众多新兴问题逐渐成为热点话题;越来越多的境外学者关注中国接待业问题,中国渐成研究热点.%A systematic and complete literature review can not only help researchers with insights into the leading trends in the hospitality field but also provide hotel managers with strategic planning processes, which is beneficial for the development of the hospitality industry from both academic and practitioner perspectives. Based on a quantitative content analysis of 983 papers from the International Journal of Hospitality Management(hereafter referred to as'IJHM')during the period between 2006 through 2015 using CiteSpace and SPSS 20.0, this paper offers a number of following conclusions. Firstly, the research fields in the hospitality industry are multi-disciplinary. The research concentrations include hotel and catering with high confluence of multiple research fields. Most of the research is comprised of empirical studies and the knowledge spillover is low, while the regional difference of research focus is high. The concentrations of researchers from various regions have strong differences. American and Korean researchers for instance, have the widest research fields. Secondly, the institutions and individuals with rich research experiences and knowledge have a strong cooperation network. The most influential institutions and individuals are in the Unite States. The cooperation network in Mainland China is not as prevalent and the research quality is poor. However, the influence of Chinese researchers is growing stronger and spreading all over the world. Thirdly, the study of human behavior is the current mainstream of the international hospitality research. Many newly emerging problems have created popular topics of increasing interest. Increasingly overseas scholars are focusing on the hospitality problems in China that is creating new research topics and inquiries. The results of this study reflect the present state of the international hospitality research and approaches that have a positive influence in the development of the hospitality research. This study however has a number of limitations. Firstly, there are not enough case studies and the samples are not wide enough in scope. Secondly, there is no comparative analysis between the English and Chinese periodicals, so the study results of Chinese periodicals might have some differences from the study results of the English periodicals. Thirdly, this paper focuses on the overall development of the hospitality research, so this study pays less attention to the specific research fields. Finally, limited by the length of the paper, the focus of this study is analyzing the present state and future trend of the hospitality research, so there is limited analysis for the causes of the present state. Therefore, future researches can aim towards closing the gap through further analysis.
