某海上FPSO主机尾气余热回收利用探索与实践

         

摘要

某海上FPSO配置5台/7760kw的往复式原油/柴油循环主机,3台/1万kW的热介质锅炉,每天消耗原油8吨左右,热介质锅炉长期处于低负荷运行状态,设备利用率低,能效低,维护成本高,而主机尾气直接排放,尾气余热没有得到回收利用。研究结果表明,如果利用主机尾气余热加热热介质,能够满足热介质加热需求,取代热介质锅炉,节省热介质锅炉原油消耗,预计年回收能量3652吨标煤,同时减少热介质锅炉维护成本,减少了油轮操作人员的工作量,减少了烟尘排放,改善了周围环境,项目静态投资回收期1.7年,动态投资回收期2.38年,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。%One offshoreFPSO Configuration 5 units/7760kw reciprocating crude oil/diesel main engine, 3units/10 000 kW thermal medium boiler with daily consumption estimated 8 tons of crude oil, thermal medium boiler always run in low load condition resulting low utilization and energy efficiency but high maintenance costs; As per original design, theheat generated from main engineexhaust lineis directly discharge to the atmosphere. Further study and research;the heat generated from the main engine exhaust line can be recycle to heat up thethermal mediumand stop the boiler during normal operation. As per calculation, recycle heat from exhaust line able to produce same heat energy from boiler, daily oil consumption can be reduced and estimated energy annual saving is about 3652 tons of standard coal. This application will also reduce the boiler maintenance cost and operator workload, reducing soot emissions, improve the surrounding environment, this project static investment payback period is about 1.7 years, the dynamic payback period isabout 2.38 years, with good economic and social benefits.
