核电厂辅助给水汽水分离器疏水管失效原因分析

     

摘要

国内某核电厂大修时,发现辅助给水汽水分离器的疏水管道有大量的腐蚀产物,造成排水不畅。本文从管道结构、腐蚀产物成分分析和水质分析等方法对管道堵塞原因进行了分析。分析结果表明腐蚀产物主要来自于生活饮用水系统,生活饮用水系统在发生pH值和温度的变化时析出固体粒子,固体粒子在管道弯头不断沉积最终造成管道堵塞。%There is so large amount of corrosion products in drain pipe that auxiliary feedwater moisture separator cannot work well for nuclear power plant. In this article, structure of pipe, elementary composition of corrosion products, water quality are analyzed. Results indicated that corrosion products mainly come from domestic water system. The solid particles are precipitated from domestic water system with changing of pH and temperature. The solid particles are deposited continuously in elbow causing pipe plugging ifnally.
