核电厂辅助给水系统疏水管道焊缝开裂原因分析

摘要

Welding seam of pipe in auxiliary feedwater system were broken on daily inspection in a domestic nuclear power plant.The investigation for the failure included chemical composition analysis,mi crostructureobservation,and so on.Based on the systematic analysis ,itcould be concluded that the reasons for pipe crack were unqualified welding technology and fatigue under alternate load.%某核电厂日常检查时发现辅助给水系统疏水汽水分离器排放管道焊缝处发生开裂。通过分析管道的材料，显微组织，断口等，并结合管道现场的资料信息等，得出管道的焊缝开裂为热应力造成的疲劳断裂。
