人工神经网络动力学光度法同时测定烟草中的Cr3+,Al3+和Fe3+

             

摘要

A method for simultaneous determining of chromium ( Ⅲ ) , aluminum ( Ⅲ ) and iron ( Ⅲ ) by catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry was realized based on the principle that Cr ( Ⅲ ) Al ( Ⅲ ) and Fe ( Ⅲ ) catalyzing simultaneously the reaction of brilliant cresyl blue with hydrogen peroxide in a CH3COONa CH3COOH medium.It was found that the catalytic effects of the three metal ions were not synergistic.The recoveries of the method ranged from 97.9% to 101.9% with the RSDs of 2.7% to 4.2% and relative errors of -4.3% to 4.7%.%根据在CH3COONa-CH 3COOH介质中Cr3+,Al3+'和Fe3+同时催化H2O2氧化灿烂甲酚蓝褪色的催化反应原理,建立了一种可同时测定烟草中Cr3+,Al3+和Fe3+的人工神经网络催化动力学光度法.结果表明:①Cr3+,Al3+和Fe3+对H2O2氧化灿烂甲酚蓝褪色反应催化作用不具有加和性;②该方法的相对误差为-4.3%~4.7%,回收率97.9%~101.9%,RSD 2.7%~4.2%.
