丛枝菌根真菌对植烟土壤磷含量及烟株养分吸收的影响

         

摘要

In order to study the mycorrhizal effects of mycorrhizal seedling after transplanting, three nitrogen (N) levels, 45, 67.5 and 90 kg/ha, were applied in field experiments and the effects of mycorrhizal seedlings on phosphorus (P) content in soil and N and P absorption of plants at fast growing stage were studied. The results showed that: 1) The effects of Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus inoculating on the P content in tobacco planting soil and tobacco plants were insignificant at the N application level of 45 and 67.5 kg/ha, however, P content would be effectively improved at the level of 90 kg/ha. 2) The N contents in tobacco root, stem and leaves were remarkably decreased by Glamus mosseae (Gm01) inoculating at different N application levels, but, Glamus mosseae(Gm02)inoculating was remarkable only at the application level of 90 kg/ha. 3) The N/P ratio in tobacco was effectively decreased by AM fungus inoculating at different N levels, however, Glamus mosseae (Gm01) inoculation was more effective. It indicated that N application would affect the mycorrhizal effects of AM fungi, but the effects of Glamus mosseae from different origin differed to a certain extent.%为明确菌根化烟苗移栽后的菌根效应,通过大田试验研究了3种氮肥水平(45,67.5和90 kg/hm2)下菌根化烟苗对植烟土壤磷含量及烤烟旺长期氮、磷营养吸收的影响.结果表明:①烤烟接种Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)真菌在45和67.5 kg/hm2施氮水平下对植烟土壤及烟株磷含量影响较小,但在90 kg/hm2水平下能有效提高磷含量;②不同施氮水平下,接种摩西球囊霉Glamus mosseae( Gm01)显著降低了烤烟根、茎、叶氮含量,但接种Glamus mosseae( Gm02)仅在90 kg/hm2施氮水平下达到显著水平;③不同施氮水平下,接种AM真菌均有效降低烤烟的氮磷比,其中,Glamus mosseae( Gm01)的菌根效应较佳.可见,不同施氮水平影响AM真菌的菌根效应,但不同来源的摩西球囊霉(Glamus mosseae)对烤烟的作用效果有一定差异.
