In order to investigate their pyrolytic behavior, four complexes of maltol/ethyl maltol and zinc (H)/ calcium (II)were prepared and characterized by 'H NMR, 13C NMR, UV, IR spectra. The pyrolytic experiments of the complex alone or in cigarettes were conducted by on-line CDS5200 pyrolyser-G.C/MS. The results showed that: 1) the complexation between maltol/ethyl maltol and zinc (II )/calcium (II) occurred obviously; 2) relevant maltol or ethyl maltol ligands released effectively from each pyrolyzed complex at 400℃. in He atmosphere; 3) the similar ligands were also released from the burning cigarette containing respective complex.%为考察麦芽酚、乙基麦芽酚与锌或钙配合物的热裂解能否释放相应的配体,合成了麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚的锌(Ⅱ)、钙(Ⅱ)4种配合物,采用1H NMR,13C NMR,UV和IR光谱进行表征,并进行了配合物的热裂解及烟气裂解实验.结果表明:①麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚与锌(Ⅱ)及钙(Ⅱ)发生了明显配位作用;②氦气气氛中400℃下直接热裂解,4种配合物均能有效释放相应的配体麦芽酚和乙基麦芽酚;③配合物在卷烟燃烧时可有效释放相应的配体.
