为解决GD包装机组CT条盒包装机、CV条外透明纸包装机在生产过程中因条盒纸下斜或透明纸偏移造成条包烟外包装不合格等问题,以S7-200 PLC为控制核心,采用光纤传感器和剔除装置设计了条包烟外包装完好性在线检测系统.应用效果表明,该系统能够有效检测并准确剔除不合格条包烟,因条包烟外包装不合格造成的下游机停机次数由原来的10～ 15次/班降低到2～4次/班,提高了卷烟包装品质和设备运行效率.%The absence of carton package defect monitor in CT cartoner and CV carton overwrapper in GD packing line resulted in finished cartons with defects caused by carton blank or film distortion. Therefore, a carton monitor was designed by taking S7-200 PLC as control core and adopting optical fiber sensor and rejecting device. The results of application showed that the designed monitor could accurately detect and reject defective cartons, the frequency of downstream machine shutdown caused by unqualified cartons reduced from 10-15 to 2-4 times/shift, and cigarette packing quality and machine efficiency were improved.
