针对我国居住区开发的可持续性评估实施条件研究

摘要

The aim of this paper is to discuss and search for the applicable scale and platform of sustainability assessment of, area scale residential development in China,to contribute to the research of sustainability evaluation and thus to promote the sustainable development of China’s urbanization.The status quo of sustainability assessment in China and the scale defi-nition of international assessment tools for area scale were reviewed.Then,an analysis of China’s urban system,land owner-ship and market and residential development was made to establish a combined hierarchical structure.Finally,based on the researches,residential district and regulatory plan were selected as the implement scale and theplatform of sustainability assessment for area scale residential development.%旨在探讨我国居住区开发过程中可持续性评价的适宜尺度与平台，并且通过对可持续评价工具的研究促进我国城市化的可持续发展。首先，从全球可持续评价工具的回顾开始对我国可持续评价现状及尺度展开研究。然后，基于对我国的城市体系、土地所有制、市场经济和居住区开发的分析，建立一个结合多层次的研究框架。最后，根据以上的研究，选取居住区的控制性详细规划作为居住区开发可持续评价尺度与平台的落实之处。
