警察信任状况是反映警民关系、社会对警察支持状况的重要指标。文章借助2013年中国社会状况综合调查（CSS）数据，总结了警察信任总体状况、警察信任与区域、群体、社会流动、工作、收入、生活、媒介、社会支持等方面的特点，分析了警察信任的影响因素。文章提出了加强警察信任建设的对策建议，包括：将警察信任建设纳入社会信任建设和政治信任建设总体统筹，注重警察信任建设与经济社会发展同步协同、与社会民生建设相互协调，注重人民群众的心理获得感，重视社会支持建设等。同时，加强警察信任建设，还要积极用好新媒介和传统媒体，针对特定群体制定具体的警察信任建设方案。%Citizens' trusting in police is an important indicator of police-people relationship and status of so-cial support for the police. Based on CSS (2013) data, the authors summarize the characteristics including the general situation of police trust, the police trust and the region, the community, the social mobility, the work, the income, the life, the media and the social support, and analyze the influencing factors of citizens' trusting in police. They put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of citizens' trust-ing in police, such as putting the construction of police trust into the overall co-ordination of social trust and political trust construction, focusing on the construction of police trust and economic and social development, coordination and cooperation with the community to coordinate the construction of people's livelihood, pay at-tention to people's psychological sense of gain, and pay attention to the construction of social support. At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of police trust, but also actively use new media and tradition-al media, and draw up specific trust building program for specific groups.
