以苦菜为研究对象, 选择CMC-Na、海藻酸钠、明胶和可溶性淀粉为胶黏剂, 进行正交试验设计 (4因素3水平), 通过感官评价确定苦菜蔬菜纸胶黏剂的配方.结果表明, 苦菜蔬菜纸胶黏剂的最优配方为:0.4%CMC-Na、0.6%海藻酸钠、0.3%明胶和2.0%可溶性淀粉.在此条件下, 制得的苦菜蔬菜纸色泽翠绿、成纸性、黏性、易揭性、脆性好.%In this study, Sonchus oleraceus L. vegetable was selected as the research object. CMC-Na, sodium alginate, gelatin and soluble starch were selected as adhesives, and orthogonal test design (four factors and three levels) was carried out. The sensory evaluation was used to determine Sonchus oleraceus L. vegetable paper adhesive. The results showed that the optimal formulation was 0.4%CMC-Na, 0.6% sodium alginate, 0.3% gelatin and 2.0% soluble starch. Under these conditions, the vegetable paper of Sonchus oleraceus L. vegetables was green, paper-forming, sticky, easy to expose, and brittle.
