通过分析石化工业生产中存在的主要环境风险、社会风险，结合当前形势，探讨了环境风险、社会风险间可能出现的相互影响及其对项目生产的制约，介绍了国外石油公司的做法，提出了下一步相关建议，包括建立适合我国国情的社会风险评价技术体系、建立一整套完整的社会影响监测管理体系。%In this paper, the main environmental and social risks in petrochemical industry are analyzed. Possible interactions between them and the restrictions that might be posed accordingly on production are discussed based on current situations. Corporate experience at home and abroad are introduced. Advice are given on establishing a social risks assessment system and a comprehensive social impact monitoring and management system.
