TP347 H在生物质锅炉过热器气相条件下的腐蚀特性(Ⅰ)

         

摘要

A corrosion test of austenitic stainless steel TP347H has been carried out in the temperature range of 500~600 ℃, simulating the atmospheric condition in superheater's zone of biomass-burned boiler. Through mass gain of the specimans,the corrosive dynamic curves have been obtained. The ap-pearance and structure,the element's content,and the composition of corrosion products of specimans after corrosion have been analysed by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) coordinated with en-ergy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) meter. Results of test show that the corrosion-resistant behavior of TP347H steel is very good, hut it is extremly sensitive to the reaction temperature and concentration of HCI in the gas-phase. The anti-corrosion performance of said steel decreases with increasing of the reaction temperature and concentration of HCl.%模拟生物质锅炉过热器区的气相条件,在500~600℃范围内对奥氏体不锈钢TP347H进行了腐蚀试验.通过试样的增重量,得出了腐蚀动力学曲线.利用配有能谱分析仪的扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对试样腐蚀后的形貌结构、元素含量和腐蚀产物的组成成分进行了分析.试验表明,TP347H的耐腐蚀性很好,但是对反应温度和气相中HCI的浓度非常敏感,并且随着反应温度和HCl浓度的增加,TP347H的抗腐蚀性能逐渐降低.
