凝结水精处理DN3600柱形高速混床进水配水装置优化

         

摘要

压水堆核电站二回路凝结水精处理系统处理水量庞大、出水水质要求高。为此,采用 Fluent软件对DN3600柱形高速混床的多种进水装置布水均匀性进行数值模拟,提出了将一次向上弯挡板+填料的进水装置应用于 DN3600柱形高速混床,并在1∶1样机上进行模拟试验。结果表明,在最大设计流量下,设备运行压降低、配水均匀、树脂层平稳、无扰动,解决了大直径凝结水精处理高速混床配水均匀性差的难题。%The condensate polishing system in the secondary circuit of PWR nuclear power plant deals with large quantity of water and has high requirements for outlet water quality.Thus,the Fluent software was adopted to simulate the water distribution uniformity in various water intake devices in the DN3600 column type high speed mixed bed.Suggestions that the water intake device with"upward buckling baffle+pack-ing"should be applied in the DN3600 column type mixed bed and simulated running test be conducted on a 1∶1 prototype were proposed.The experimental results show that,with the largest design flow rate,the pressure drop of equipment operation is low,the water distribution is uniform,and the resin layer is smooth and with no disturbance,indicating the water distribution uniformity problem in large diameter condensate polishing high speed mixed bed has been solved.
